The quality of the Goods must conform to the following benchmarks against which the Goods will be billed:
Soybean oil
- Colour up to 25 mg / iodine
- Acid number up to 6.0 mg KOH/g
- Peroxide number up to 10.0 mmol/kg 0.5 O
- Mass fraction of phosphorus compounds converted to stereoolecithin up to 4.0%
- Mass fraction of moisture up to 0,3%
- Mass fraction of defatted impurities up to 0,20%
- Transparency - slight turbidity over sediment is acceptable
- Taste and odour typical of soybean oil, with no extraneous smell or aftertaste.
Rapeseed oil
- Colour up to 85 mg / iodine
- Acid number up to 4.0 mg KOH/g
- Mass fraction of phosphorus compounds converted to stereoolecithin up to 2.0%
- Mass fraction of moisture up to 0,30%
- Mass fraction of defatted impurities up to 0.15%
- Mass fraction of erucic acid from the sum of fatty acids up to 5,0%
- Transparency - slight turbidity over sediment is acceptable
- Taste and odour typical of rapeseed oil, taste indefinite.
Soy cake
- Protein mass 39% -44%
- Mass fraction of oil residue up to 8%
- Moisture content up to 8.5%
- Cellulose up to 7%
- Urease activity 0.1-0.3
- Colour yellow to blue, the presence of darker particles is not a defect.
- Smell typical of soya cake
