Delivery forms

RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) can be delivered in several forms, depending on logistical needs and end-use requirements. The most common format is the “fluff” type — a loose, lightweight fraction that is easy to transport over short distances.

For longer or international logistics, RDF is typically compacted into bales, providing greater stability and efficiency during handling and storage. Briquettes or pellets are used less frequently but offer higher energy density and easier automated feeding.

Each form is selected to balance transportation efficiency, storage convenience, and fuel performance.
